The contents of our pages have been compiled with the utmost care. We cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents. As a Supplier of services, according to Sec. 7 Para.1 German Teleservices Act (GTA), we are responsible under general laws for proprietary contents on these pages. According to Sec. 8 to 10 TMG, as a Supplier of services, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted, transferred or stored thirdparty information or investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity. Our site contains links to external websites, over which we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for third-party content. The respective provider or operator of any linked site is always responsible for its contents. These sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking to them. We will immediately remove said links on being notified of such violations.

The reproduction, adaption, distribution and any form of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Whenever personal data (for example name, address, email address) is collected on our pages, this is always done, whenever possible, on a voluntary basis. We will not pass this data on to third-parties without your express consent.

We should point out that the transfer of data over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can demonstrate security gaps. Fully protecting data against unauthorised access by third-parties is impossible.

As part of our duty to publish a legal notice, we hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published by third-parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertisements and information material. The operators of these pages reserve the express right to take legal steps in the event of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam e-mails being sent.
